The number of street children in Indonesia and other developing countries is enormous and ever increasing. To help these children, Peduli Anak Foundation set up Project Lombok in 2007. We purchased a large piece of land (12.000 m2) situated among rice fields and with the view of the famous mountain, Gunung Rinjani. In this premise we built all the necessary facilities for the routine functioning of the foundation and the new bright life for our children. 

Since 2007, Project Lombok has utilized its three shelters (maximum capacity: 150 children), fully equipped health clinic, two schools for non-formal education and soon in 2010, an international primary school.

Supporting infrastructures are also built within the premise. Office/staff building, two water towers, a large playground, a football field, a central kitchen facility, an emergency power house, a swimming pool are some of the facilities we’ve built to help us running the foundation as a whole.
